Hear+ Service Plan

Kimberley’s Hearing clinic offers a comprehensive HEAR+ Service Plan with our hearing aid dispensing. Regular cleanings and preventative maintenance appointments can prolong the life of your hearing instrument and we encourage our clients to utilize the complimentary services under the program.

The Hear+ Service Pan includes:

•  Regularly scheduled check-up appointments
• Annual hearing re-checks in our sound booth as needed
• Otoscopy of the ear canal to check for wax build-up
• Unlimited cleaning appointments that will include:
  • Full sanitization of the hearing aids
  • Vacuuming the receiver
  • Cleaning the battery compartment and contacts
  • Drying chamber of the hearing instrument as needed
  • Earmolds sanitized in an ultrasonic cleaner
  • Earmold tubing inspected and replaced as needed
  • Complimentary wax guards
  • Complimentary ear buds/domes
• Computerized hearing aid analysis
• Unlimited programming adjustments as required
• Fast turnaround time for manufacturer repairs
• Loaner hearing aids to use while your aids are out for repair
• Membership in our battery club
• Contactless curbside service for hearing aid cleaning, minor repairs and battery pick up
