My husband and I both have hearing aids from Kimberley and have had no problems. What a difference they’ve made! She and her staff have always been extremely proficient and empathetic any time we’ve gone there- whether for regular cleaning or because of a question. No question has ever been treated frivolously and, when needed, they have done research to get an answer. We have also taken the Speech Reading classes and have found them very helpful.
